SUMMARY
The Production Associate / Technician-Drummer is a first-shift hourly role responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by accurately dispensing finished goods into 55-gallon drums. This position requires attention to detail, consistency, and adherence to safety and quality procedures.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities- Drumming of Materials and Dispensing of Product :
Ensure a consistent and quality product of material producedProcedures must be followed exact quantities produced and dispensedMust be able to stand for prolonged periods and demonstrate a consistent, steady hand for precise dispensing tasksDispense finished product (spray insulation) into drums following exact quantity proceduresLabel drums / totes with production information and dateUse hand tools including a drum torque wrenchPalletize and band drums properlyFollow loading instructions and drive production autonomouslyRead instruments and record data accuratelyAssist with quarterly inventory countsRe-label incoming materials as neededMaintain a clean and safe work environmentComplete all required safety and job trainingPerform other duties as assigned by leadershipSKILLS AND ABILITIES

The employee should have the following :
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required1 years of manufacturing experience or related experience and / or training in an industrial environmentPreferred : 1 year forklift operating experienceMust be 18 years or olderMust be a US citizen or have the right to work in the USMust be drug and alcohol freeESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
