The Wine Valley Inn in Solvang is hiring a full-time Front Desk Agent / Guest Service Agent. Qualified applicants will have excellent and clear communication skills with a passion for customer service in a hotel setting. Candidate must be able to work weekends and must be flexible to work AM and PM shifts
Qualifications :
- Up- beat pleasant personality with an ability to assist a wide variety of personalities
- Ability to multi task : answer phones, greet guests, direct people
- A good knowledge of area to assist guest with driving directions, restaurant recommendations, shopping, wineries and breweries in area, transportation, etc.
- Flexible schedule.
Responsibilities :
Rate of pay is $20 along with great group health benefits, sick pay, vacation pay, holiday pay, and 401k plan with matching!
