As a Survey Field Intern you will spend the majority of your time working with an experienced crew chief out in the field and will be able to use skills learned in the classroom out in real work projects.

What You Will Be Doing :

• You will assist with boundary surveys, construction staking, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, and GPS data collection.
• You will be on construction staking
• You will be gaining experience with Trimble, Robotic Total Station, and GPS equipment.
• This position will interact with staff, landowners, contractors, and subcontractors.

What We Are Looking For :

Each year we look for variety of experience, education, and ability for our student intern pool. Some positions may be filled with students who have experience depending on the level of complexity a project or client may require. Preference may be given to students who have completed a previous internship with Bolton & Menk.

Relocation and housing are not included.

Bolton & Menk will currently not be providing visa sponsorship or Optional Practical Training Extensions for STEM Students. Individuals must be legally authorized to work in the US at the start of employment without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary Range : $18.00 - $24.00 / hour depending on years of experience and credentials

Bolton & Menk is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to specific geographic location. Associate of Science of Land Surveying Technology (preferred)

Associate of Science of Civil Engineering Technology (preferred)
