As a BCaBA with Autism 360, you will have the opportunity to be a part of that mission! You will be provided the opportunity to supervise a caseload with significant support and oversight from our BCBAs. This position allows you to immensely increase your skillset. For individuals interested in becoming a BCBA, the BCaBA position will ensure you are set up to succeed with training in all clinical areas. Autism 360 is committed to your growth and success throughout your ABA career. In addition, the BCaBA will have access to several resources such as Lead RBT in each clinic to provide ongoing training of our RBTs, a comprehensive clinical training team for new RBTs, learning how to program at our onsite preschool program (Prep 360), a small community feel with leadership onsite and much more!

We have clinics in six North Carolina locations – University (Charlotte), Matthews, Conover, Hickory, Huntersville, Gastonia and Shelby. We have opportunities available in each location and would love to speak with you!

• If you are currently obtaining masters in Applied Behavior Analysis and / or accruing fieldwork hours we encourage you to apply! We have various leadership positions to help gain supervision hours on your path towards BCaBA / BCBA certification!

At Autism 360, the function of Board Certified Assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCaBA) is to plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavioral supports while meeting the needs of staff and clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and / or other behavioral and social / communication challenges. The BCaBA also consults with and teaches instructional team members regarding pro-active, educational, programming, and behavioral supports; develops and implements comprehensive treatment plans; and collaborates with team members, related services providers, families, and other agencies as appropriate. The BCaBA manages their caseload’s ABA treatment implementation and direct supervision to team members. The BCaBA is supervised by a BCBA between 5-10% monthly where they will receive ongoing training and mentorship.
