Responsibilities

Customer Engagement : Welcome customers to the showroom and provide them with detailed information about the cars available.

Sales Process : Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.

Product Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the features and benefits of a wide range of vehicles.

Test Drives : Conduct and oversee vehicle test drives to demonstrate features and capabilities.

Database Management : Maintain a detailed and organized record of customer interactions and sales activities.

Relationship Building : Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Goal Achievement : Meet and strive to exceed individual and team sales targets.

Follow-Up : Conduct timely follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.

Requirements

Experience : Previous experience in auto sales or a related field is advantageous.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers.

Customer Service : A keen focus on providing excellent customer service at all times.

Passion : A genuine interest in the automotive industry and eagerness to learn about different models.

Availability : Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Elkhart, Indiana.
