Responsible for working on multiple projects of varying size and complexity in a concurrent manner within the Wealth Management BU. The Project Management function manages a BU project or program to successful outcome. This role is responsible for aligning resources, overseeing the budget (if applicable), creating project plans, tracking key milestones / risks / dependencies and facilitating working group discussions. This is the key coordinator to ensure activities are completed. Qualified candidates should demonstrate strong project management skills, with an attention to detail and project deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess and demonstrate knowledge of the Wealth Management business.

Major Duties :

• Carry out activities that vary in scope, complexity and teams involved
• Ability to lead a variety of projects providing solid project leadership, planning, execution, governance and direction
• Build relationships across teams to learn and enable success
• Strategic in developing, implementing and administering programs with a focus on flawless project execution
• Demonstrate effective project leadership ability, including working with project sponsors, drafting proposals, creating and managing detailed project plans, risk logs, issue logs and submitting for capital budgets (if applicable)
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
• Conduct analysis and develops scope related to projects of varying complexity
• Develop and maintain business cases and related plans
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills through coordination and execution across initiatives potentially impacting all facets of the business (i.e., front-office, middle-office, operations, IT, Risk, Legal, Compliance, etc.)
• Display strong attention to detail while managing across programs through preparation for project meetings, including producing agendas and meeting notes, as well as project communications and any other necessary administrative details to ensure success.
• Demonstrate understanding of budgetary and resource impact to projects and active management / issue resolution in both
• Display an appropriate sense of urgency and understanding of inherent project risk
• Ability to partner with key stakeholders to define key success metrics and measure progress against such metrics

Salary Range : $83,100 - 141,300 USD
