Job Overview

As a Massage Therapist at City Cave Southlake, you'll provide personalized, high-quality massage services in a peaceful, professional environment. You'll work closely with our team to create a welcoming and therapeutic space where every guest feels cared for and supported on their wellness journey.

Key Responsibilities

Perform massage services including relaxation, remedial, and deep tissue techniques
Customize treatments based on individual guest needs and preferences
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment
Educate guests on wellness benefits of regular massage and other City Cave services
Work collaboratively with float and sauna teams to deliver a seamless guest experience

Qualifications

Valid Texas Massage Therapist License

Minimum 2 years of massage experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Passion for wellness and a client-centered mindset
