In collaboration with the Infrastructure Architect and other technical experts within the Network Governance Team the Specialist Global Network Connectivity is responsible for establishing the global network architecture in accordance with best practice and industry standards and oversee its execution ensuring alignment with the IT strategy to exceed the companys overall business objectives and strategic roadmap

Verify and ensure that high quality documentation exists for all applicable projects systems and knowledgebase articles pertinent to their area of responsibility
Support and help maintain relationships with all relevant IT vendors
Participate in the IT strategic process as necessary
Ability to work highly effectively with no supervision across various global virtual teams
Follow direction to achieve a highquality outcome
Flexibility to work across time zones including participating in offhour activities if appropriate
Potential global travel up to 10

Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
Experience in Manufacturing or similar industry
10 years of senior professional technical experience in network engineering and architecture or a related field
Experience in effectively engaging and collaborating with remote and diverse team members
Strong experience in cloud environments and those with segmentation between ITOT
Relevant industry certifications are a benefit
