Variable clinic hours from 07 : 00 to 18 : 15.

Guaranteed hours per week : 40.

No call requirement.

No weekend requirement.

No float requirement.

No additional requirements.

All lab work should be completed within 48-72 hours of signing the contract.

Travelers may float first.

If a traveler has a history, it should be noted on the profile.

Include proof of flu vaccination with submission.

If seeking a vaccination exemption, it must be submitted within 48 hours of signing the contract.

Modules are non-billable and completed during orientation.

Modules must be completed annually and are self-reported.
