About The Position

We’re seeking skilled ER RNs to join a busy Level I Trauma Center, Stroke Center, and Pediatric Emergency Department. This is a high-acuity unit with fast-paced patient flow and critical care needs.

Responsibilities :

• Provide emergency and trauma care in a fast-paced, high-volume ER
• Assess, triage, and stabilize patients across all acuity levels
• Manage dysrhythmias, administer medications, and perform advanced interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
• Adapt to high ratios (1 : 5–6; up to 8 during peak / holiday surges)
