You’ll play a key role in driving sales performance while guiding customers through financing options with clarity and confidence. If you're passionate about the automotive industry, developing people, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of automotive sales professionals.

Set and monitor sales goals, motivate the team, and ensure consistent performance across the department.

Assist customers with vehicle selection and build long-term relationships through trust and exceptional service.

Oversee all aspects of the F&I (Finance & Insurance) process, including presenting financing options and aftermarket products.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for finance operations.

Work closely with lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive financing terms.

Help structure deals that maximize profitability while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Deliver high-quality presentations of vehicles and finance products with professionalism and product knowledge.

What We’re Looking For

prior dealership experience in both sales and finance roles

Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of team development

In-depth understanding of automotive sales processes and F&I procedures

High energy, self-motivation, and a positive attitude

Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
