Charm Industrial is looking for a Operations Process Specialist to support our Louisiana team in scaling carbon removal by keeping the engine of our operations running clean, stocked, and ready for action!

Schedule :

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Your Role in Action :

Keep the Site Running :

Monitor and maintain inventory of essential supplies, raw materials, and spare parts. Order and track deliveries, coordinate shipments, and make sure everything’s where it needs to be—when it needs to be there.

Support Procurement & Logistics :

Handle material orders, pickups, rebuilds, and vendor coordination. Be the go-to for delivery arrivals, forklift ops, and organizing what's coming in or going out of the site.

Maintain Clean, Functional Spaces :

Lead cleanup efforts and make sure all trailers, storage areas, and common spaces are tidy, organized, and functional. Take charge of site aesthetics and upkeep—from cleaning trucks to keeping the break room stocked.

Jump in as Needed :

Be trained and ready to step into injection operator coverage during call-outs or PTO. You’ll know the flow, the gear, and how to keep things moving when it counts most.

Support Continuous Improvement :

Participate in site self-audits and bring forward ideas that make processes safer, faster, or more efficient. Help Charm scale better by helping us work smarter.
