Position : Financial Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a Healthcare Non-Profit Organization to fill a temporary Financial Analyst role in New York, NY (Midtown, Manhattan). The organization is searching for someone who has previously worked within the non-profit sector.Please read on for additional details!
Responsibilities :
- Performing expense analysis and monitoring spend on specific grants
- Working with FP&A / Grants team on preparation of departmental and program budgets
- Performing variance analysis and suggesting budget modifications if necessary
- Heavily utilizing Excel and building financial models to create an easily digestible depiction of expense and revenue findings for leadership team
- Assisting with any data / financial analytics projects as requested
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required2+ years of experience as an AnalystPrevious experience in the non-profit sector is strongly desiredStrong Excel skills including pivot tables, vlookups, if statements, macros, or tools such as Power BI and SQLSchedule
9 - 5 PM, 35 hour work week. occasional overtime hours but not typical1-2 days in office in Midtown, Manhattan; 2-3 days remoteEmployment Type :
