Are you a skilled sheet metal roofer who leads by example and thrives on efficiency? We're looking for a Metal / TPO Crew Leader to take charge of our metal roofing team in Pompano Beach. Paid by piece rate—so the better you lead, the more you earn.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead a crew on commercial and residential metal roofing projects
  • Set up equipment, tear off old systems, and install TPO / metal roofs
  • Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and productive
  • Read plans, measure accurately, and keep projects on track
  • Maintain top-tier safety standards and production targets

    • What You’ll Need :

  • ???? 2+ years of roofing experience (metal / TPO preferred)
  • ???? Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work at heights
  • ???? Skill with tools, tape measures, and hands-on problem-solving

    • ☀️ Willingness to work early mornings, some Saturdays, and in all weather

  • ???? Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
