Associate Paralegal

We're looking for an Associate Paralegal for our office in Alpharetta, GA . The position is full-time. You'll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, review, and organization of commercial contracts, including :
• SaaS agreements
• Software license and services agreements
• Vendor contracts
• Nondisclosure agreements (NDAs)
• Support attorneys during contract negotiations by revising and redlining agreements as instructed.
• Track and maintain the contract lifecycle using contract management tools, ensuring timely renewals, amendments, and compliance.
• Manage document execution via e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign), and ensure proper filing and retention.
• Help maintain and update legal templates, clause libraries, and internal process documents.
• Assist outside counsel with certain litigation matters
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, procurement, finance, and product teams) to gather necessary information and resolve contract-related inquiries.
• Conduct legal and factual research, as needed.

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated, proficient and detail-oriented individual to join our growing legal team. This role typically requires 1–3 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
