Key Job Details – Colorado Travel Nursing Opportunity Location : Westminster, CO 80023 (Denver Metro Area) Assignment Type : Travel RN, Telemetry Float Pool (no home unit) Shift : 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Assignment Duration : 15 weeks (11 / 24 / 2025 – 3 / 7 / 2026) Healthcare Setting : MedSurg / Telemetry; float assignments to various Centura Health locations within 60 miles Estimated Weekly Salary : $1930-$2070 Registered Nurse Qualifications Active RN license in Colorado or participating Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience preferred; strong MedSurg and Telemetry skills required Ability to float to any Centura Health location within 60 miles of Westminster, CO Travel RN Responsibilities Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, and clinical data review Develop and implement individualized patient care plans with the interdisciplinary healthcare team Demonstrate clinical competency in IV therapy, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection Promote patient safety, advocacy, and education for patients and families Deliver relationship-based nursing care with respect for cultural differences and patient preferences Delegate tasks appropriately to non-RN personnel in accordance with healthcare policy and regulations Serve as a professional role model and mentor for new staff and nursing students Participate in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and nursing research activities Maintain professional records and pursue ongoing education to ensure nursing competency Float to various MedSurg and Telemetry units and facilities as assigned, adapting to changing patient and unit needs Apply now to join our Colorado healthcare team as a Travel RN in the Telemetry Float Pool and expand your nursing career!
