Key Responsibilities
Provide support and assistance in a call center environment
Ensure compliance with HIPAA Privacy Rules and knowledge of CPT and ICD10 terminology
Maintain a private and distraction-free work area during work hours
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
Must reside in West Virginia
Access to high-speed internet with specified minimum speeds
Experience in the healthcare industry
Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday
