Knowledge Bridge Consulting empowers youth and underserved communities through innovative technology and strategic solutions. Working at the intersection of health equity and education, we partner with public agencies, nonprofits, and mission-aligned institutions to drive systems-level change.

We are seeking an Appointment Setter to support our outreach and business development efforts. This is a part-time, in-person, independent contractor role based in our Red Bank, NJ office. Youll help schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective partners, clients, and stakeholders to advance KBCs mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to schedule appointments with potential partners and clients.
  • Confirm and manage appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling.
  • Track outreach progress and maintain updated records.
  • Communicate professionally and represent KBCs mission in all interactions.

What Were Looking For

  • Prior experience in appointment setting, customer service, or sales support preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable with a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.

  • Type : 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Time Commitment : 3-4 hours per day, up to 15 hours per week
  • Location : In-person at Red Bank, NJ office
