Quality Technician - Keep Excellence in Check!

PPC Flex is a leading flexible packaging company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceeding customer expectations. Are you passionate about precision, detail, and delivering excellence? We're looking for a Quality Technician who thrives on maintaining high standards and ensuring every product meets or exceeds expectations. In this role, you'll be the eyes and ears of quality assurance-inspecting, testing, and documenting to guarantee top-tier output.

What You'll Do :

  • Perform inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products
  • Use measurement tools and testing equipment to verify product quality
  • Document findings, maintain records, and report non-conformances
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to solve quality issues
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and audit processes

What You Bring :

  • A sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of accountability
  • Familiarity with quality tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.)
  • Understanding of ISO, GMP, or other industry standards
  • Problem-solving mindset and solid communication skills
  • Technical diploma or relevant experience in quality or manufacturing

    12 hour rotating Shift (2-2-3) 5 : 45-6 : 00

    Week 1 = Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat

    Week 2 = Sun, Wed, Thur

    Week 1 = 49 hours

    Week 2 = 36.75 hours
