Conversational AI Product Manager

A company is looking for a Conversation AI Product Manager to lead their Conversational AI strategy for Lending and Servicing.

Key Responsibilities

Define and articulate the conversational AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals

Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility

Develop and track performance metrics to enhance customer utility and ensure high-quality feature delivery

Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

5+ years of end-to-end product management experience with a focus on AI / ML features

Deep understanding of the Conversational AI landscape and LLM technology

Proven track record of successful product launches and user experience-focused design

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a start-up mentality
