About the Role :

As a Residential Installer at Tom's Mechanical, Inc., you will play a critical role in the successful installation of mechanical systems within commercial construction projects. Your primary focus will be to ensure that all installations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, contributing directly to the overall functionality and longevity of the building systems. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other tradespeople to interpret blueprints and technical specifications accurately. Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience (2 plus years) as a residential installer
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with safety standards and building codes relevant to HVAC mechanical installations.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in various environments.
