• Case mix : general and colorectal, OB&GYN, uro, ENT, ortho, spine fusions, eyes, pacemakers, cardioversions, TEE and GI
• No heads / neuro, no traumas, no open hearts
• Supervision ratio is 1 / 2.5
• OT expected Second call optional
• 5 anesthesia sites
• Practice model : 4 MDs and 3 CRNAs
• Charting is paper and pen
