UI / UX Designer

A company is looking for a UI / UX Designer to support digital transformation initiatives remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Apply User-Centered Design (UCD) best practices throughout the software lifecycle

Conduct user research and create design artifacts such as wireframes and prototypes

Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to ensure design aligns with business value and accessibility standards

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in UI / UX design for complex web and / or mobile applications

Strong skills in user research and usability testing

Experience in Agile / DevSecOps environments and backlog refinement

Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)

University degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI) or related field
