What You’ll Do
- Process and track life insurance applications from submission to policy issue.
- Communicate with carriers, advisors, and underwriting teams to ensure timely and accurate case management and processing.
- Maintain consistent client follow-up via phone and email to guide them through the application process and address outstanding items.
- Review applications for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records and follow established processes to ensure compliance.
- Work closely with our advisory team to deliver exceptional client service.

2+ years of experience processing life insurance applications preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.Excellent communication and follow-up skills.Work Environment
Work from home after the initial training period.Ideally able to come into the Horsham, PA office 1–2 times per month for team collaboration.What We Offer
