JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an Assembler to join our 1st shift team in Windsor, CT. The role involves assembling inset lights and components in a stationary work cell using various hand tools. The ideal candidate will follow production schedules, ensure quality standards, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products using hand tools such as power screwdrivers, rivet machines, crimping tools, pliers, hammers, and nut runners
• Adhere to production schedules and work from sample fixtures
• Move parts from storage locations to the work cell
• Assist Material Handler in obtaining necessary parts
• Perform quality inspections during assembly and report defects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Lead

Required Qualifications

Minimum of one (1) year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
