As a SSO Technical Consultant you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment and integration of Single Sign-On solutions for our valued clients. As a key point of contact, you will leverage your technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to guide clients through the entire implementation lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of SSO protocols, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a passion for translating complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms for diverse audiences.

What You'll Do :

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the SSO implementation process
• Lead and manage multiple concurrent SSO implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and client expectations.
• Gather and document client requirements related to their identity management and access control needs
• Configure and integrate SSO solutions, working with various identity providers and applications
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical information into understandable terms for clients
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and support, to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
• Track and report program metrics to assess usage and success
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SSO technologies, industry trends, and security standards
