Fixed Term, Part Time – 12 hrs per week, for a period of 12 months with the possibility of extension.

About You

We are looking for someone who can work well in a church community that loves Jesus and is passionate about administration to help facilitate the growth of God's Kingdom in the Northern Suburbs of Hobart.

Responsibilities

The position assists with coordination of Ministry Operations and interfaces closely with the Network Ministry Team and, where appropriate, members of each Network Site. This position works closely with the Senior Network Minister and directly reports to them. It aims to fulfil the mission of the Edge Anglican Network by providing strong administrative support underpinned by a desire to be People bringing People to Jesus.

Responsibilities

• Interact closely with the Network Ministry Team and, where appropriate, members of each Network Site to assist with the coordination of Ministry Operations.
• Work closely with the Senior Network Minister and directly report to them.
• Contribute to an efficiently managed administration hub that enables ministry to be resourced effectively.

Additional Information

We are a parish network of Anglican churches in southern Tasmania. Edge Anglican Claremont and St Matthew's New Norfolk have been partnering together in ministry since 2016 and formally amalgamated as the Edge Anglican Network in 2021.

Edge Anglican Network, in keeping with the wider Tasmanian Anglican Diocesan vision, seeks to be a church for Tasmania making disciples of Jesus.
