Job includes, but is not limited to :

• Perform total RNA isolation and QC of various tissues / cells from human, non-human primate and rodents
• Gene expression profiling and data analysis using NGS, RT-qPCR and hybridization-based platforms
• Work up and troubleshoot new protocol methods centric to NGS platforms
• Prepare and present relevant data to internal and external stakeholders
