Sales Estimator - Industrial / Construction Projects

Our client , a trusted name in industrial services, is hiring a Sales Estimator to join their growing team. This role will focus on preparing accurate project bids and providing support for sales efforts in the construction and manufacturing space.

Responsibilities :

Review blueprints, specifications, and proposals

Develop and submit pricing estimates

Collaborate with project managers and clients

Track estimate-to-win ratios and make adjustments to pricing strategy

Requirements :

2+ years in estimating, preferably within industrial or construction environments

Strong math and analytical skills

Proficient in Excel and estimating software

Collaborative and highly organized

Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary : $65,000–$80,000

Bonus Structure : Project-based incentives available
