American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with OR experience and ARRT certification for a 13-week evening shift assignment.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
Work in a hospital radiology department with primary assignment in X-RayFour, nine-hour evening shifts per week (Monday through Thursday, 3 : 30 PM to 1 : 00 AM)Assignment is 13 weeks in lengthPatient care may include adult and high-risk respiratory casesMust be willing to float between main campus and nearby campuses within 15 miles as neededEPIC EMR experience is requiredPotential to float to support multidisciplinary teams or assist other clustersMay have to work every other weekend and holiday as scheduledResponsible for independently performing diagnostic imaging procedures and coordinating patient flowMay perform additional imaging modalities based on departmental needsOn-call responsibilities may be required depending on departmental needsExpected to maintain equipment and perform duties within professional scope of practiceNo more than 14 days of requested time off will be approved, and all RTO must be submitted upfrontTravelers are not eligible for employee incentive programsUp to 24 hours of onboarding modules will be completed during orientationScrub or dress code determined by department policy\n \n Requirements\n
Associate degree in Allied Health with a focus in Radiologic TechnologyCurrent BLS certification through AHA requiredCurrent ARRT and ODH certification requiredMust have operating room (OR) experienceEPIC charting experience requiredAbility to independently perform diagnostic radiographic procedures and administer contrast mediaMust comply with a 30-mile local radius rule (locals accepted at the same rate)Must be fitted for N95 or PAPR if working on high-risk unitsLicense required if applicable\n Benefits\n
