What You Will Do At Our Place
- Improve our omni-channel demand planning by validating and enriching item / location-level forecasts using historical sales data, seasonal trends, and NPIs.
- Prepare and present weekly / monthly variance reports, identifying likely sources of variance to refine and improve monthly re-forecasts.
- Monitor and report on significant changes in sales, distinguishing signal from noise and escalating issues that may impact inventory position or our ability to achieve revenue targets.
- Own item setup throughout the product lifecyclesupporting pre-season assortment planning and enabling accurate in-season forecasting, including changes to launch dates, MSRPs, and more.
- Contribute to cross-functional operational processes, including receipt reconciliation, new product introduction (NPI) purchase order creation, and third-party logistics (3PL) volume / capacity forecasting.
- Partner with the Director of Inventory Planning and Data Science lead to develop and evolve best-in-class forecasting tools, processes, and team operating rhythms.
Who You Are
510 years of experience in planning, merchandising, supply chain, and / or analytics roles, with growing levels of responsibility and scope.Deep knowledge of demand planning methodologies and forecast accuracy metrics.Exceptionally analytical and detail-oriented, with a natural curiosity and passion for process improvement.Comfortable navigating between tactical execution and more strategic thinking. A clear and confident communicator who thrives in cross-functional environmentsyou can proactively gather information critical to forecasting efforts from Product Development, Merchandising, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.Enthusiastic about our mission and excited to support our rapid growth through thoughtful, data-driven planning.What We Offer
