Duties
- Conduct comprehensive review of all conditions precedent to legal actions, including loan documents, financial records, and demand letters
- Draft and review pleadings, legal correspondence, and related documentation
- Appear in court for hearings and communicate with opposing counsel as needed
- Ensure internal case management systems are updated with accurate findings and recommendations
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and local laws related to foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections
- Exercise discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters
- Contribute to quality assurance and process improvement as part of a detail-oriented legal team
