A role at Target Printing Services (TPS) means becoming part of a dynamic team that drives the strategy of internal partners such as Marketing and Store Operations through print and kitting projects. The TPS team has a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to planning, press, fulfillment, and distribution, enabling us to positively impact guest and team member experiences while embodying Target's core values.

As a Manager at Printing Services, you will be leading and developing a team of Shipping, Fulfillment, and Store Distribution Team Members in a fast-paced production environment. You will provide direction, set goals for daily production, manage the performance of your team, and ensure all materials meet quality and timing expectations of our customers. You are responsible for leading a positive culture where teamwork and a 'can-do' attitude is a top priority every day. You will drive accountability with your team overseeing the adherence to all Target policies and procedures. In this role you are responsible for tasks including but not limited to :

• Coordinating all outgoing and incoming shipments.
• Providing guidance on shipping requirements when necessary.
• Ensuring all fulfillment orders are completed on time and that the catalog is accurate and up to date.
• Partnering with Planning or Press and Bindery Managers to ensure all work is completed accurately and on time from start to finish.
• Maintaining accurate inventory management for all materials from paper to fulfillment items.
• Ensuring adherence to the production schedule.
• Maintaining regulatory compliance on Target owned vehicles.
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs of PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) equipment.
• Training and assigning work to team members.
• Maintaining and purchasing inventory of supply items.
• Orienting new team members and ensuring safety practices and processes are always followed.
• Completing all tasks as assigned by the Sr. Manager.
