JOB OBJECTIVE :

The ILS Coordinator oversees the daily operations of the Independent Living Skills (ILS) program. They serve as the primary liaison to NLACRC service coordinators, communicating about client progress, needs changes, and incidents, and attending IPP or periodic review meetings as needed. The Coordinator resolves issues such as grievances or emergencies, manages program budgets to ensure authorized hours and resources are used efficiently, and promotes ARCs mission by ensuring person-centered practices throughout the team.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Directly supervises ILS Instructors, providing training, performance monitoring, and ongoing support to maintain high-quality service delivery.
