Location : Irving, TX (100% Onsite)

Schedule :

Monday to Friday : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM or 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM

Occasional Saturdays : 8 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM

Departments & Responsibilities

Customer Service Department

Assist with account inquiries, payments, title requests, and general support

Customer Accounts Department

Handle light collections (1-29 days past due)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.50 / hr.
