Overview
Reporting to the Sanitation Supervisor, the Sanitation Worker is responsible for all cleaning of soiled supplies and equipment used in the production process. Additionally, this individual is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and efficient work area.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of food safety and product quality through the cleaning and sanitation of food processing equipment, utensils, and the facility.
- Clean buildings by emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces.
- Experience working with sanitation tools, chemicals, & food safety required.
- Understanding and use of cleaning chemicals.
- Prior food manufacturing experience.
- Good communication skills and ability to grasp tasks quickly.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Of 6 Months Sanitation Experience Required.
