Creative Paid Search Marketing Designer

You must have experience with digital / video ad editing in a high-volume paid media search environment.
Overview :
Our client is looking for a performance-driven marketing designer who thrives on using creative to drive measurable results. You’ll create and iterate high-performing visuals across digital campaigns, partnering with our agency to scale and test creative assets globally. This role blends design, data, and marketing—turning insights into action across platforms like Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
What You’ll Do :
- Design static, video, motion, and interactive assets for paid and social media.
- Create high-volume, audience-specific creative variations.
- Rapidly iterate video ads (6s, 9s, 15s) based on performance data.
- Collaborate on testing strategy, optimizing creative for CTR, CVR, ROAS.
- Partner with growth, media, and brand teams for alignment.
- Translate brand guidelines into performance-optimized assets.
- Present creative work and performance insights to stakeholders.
What You Bring :
5–7+ years in digital / performance-focused design.3+ years experience in video production and editing.Strong background with paid media platforms and what performs on each.Experience with A / B testing and data-driven design iterations.Tools You Know :
Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, Figma.Video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and analytics dashboards.Bonus Points For :
