Dental Malpractice Attorney

Position :  Associate Attorney

Location :  New York City

Overview :

A clients of mine is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with a strong background in  Dental Malpractice and / or Medical Malpractice  defense litigation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in defense litigation cases involving General Liability, Auto, Commercial Motor Vehicle, and / or Dental / Medical Malpractice
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Attend hearings, mediations, and depositions (virtually or in-person as needed)
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to achieve favorable outcomes
• Advise clients on risk management and best practices in litigation defense
