What You ll Do : Provide personalized, high-quality rehabilitative services and evaluations to the outpatient caseload at Valley View. In addition to independent living residents, members of the outside community also come to Valley View for their therapy services. Track and document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems Foster long-term relationships with residents and empower them to stay engaged in their well-being Guide patients, family members, and facility staff through therapy programs, goals, outcomes, the benefits of rehab and more Uphold a professional, courteous, and compassionate demeanor Collaborate with your fellow therapists to maintain a positive, passionate team that works together to make a real difference in the lives of their patients What You'll Bring : A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active PT license in Pennsylvania in good standing A genuine passion for working with the senior population Strong communication and collaboration skills A teamwork driven and positive approach to all interactions
