About the Role :

Are you a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a background in dermatology? Sanctuary Medical Aesthetic Center, led by nationally recognized dermatologist Dr. Kathleen Herne, is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our dynamic Fort Lauderdale team. Working with Dr. Herne means being mentored by one of the most respected thought leaders in medical and cosmetic dermatology.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive dermatologic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin cancer.
• Perform and assist in dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and laser treatments.
• Administer cosmetic procedures, including neurotoxins (e.g., BOTOX®, Dysport®) and dermal fillers (e.g., JUVÉDERM®, Restylane®), based on experience and training.
• Educate patients on treatment options, post-procedure care, and preventive skin health practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aestheticians to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).

Qualifications :

Required Skills :

Proficiency in diagnosing and managing a broad range of dermatologic conditions.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with or willingness to learn cosmetic procedures, including injectables and laser treatments.
