Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first line of contact for patients, addressing inquiries related to scheduling, registration, and billing
Verify and enter patient demographic and insurance information, ensuring data integrity in the system
Follow up on unpaid account balances and assist patients with access issues for their online accounts
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of general customer service experience
6 months of call center experience
Act 34 clearance
