Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with policy renewals and claims processing. Prior Crop experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients
Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate policy terms and coverage options
Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide tailored risk management solutions
Assist with policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processing
Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner

Qualifications / Requirements

5+ years of relevant insurance industry experience as an account manager – preferred

Proven experience in commercial insurance or account management

Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite

Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license

Previous Crop Insurance experience is preferred

Compensation Package

Compensation : Between $70K-$80K (based on experience)
