What We’re Looking For :

We’re seeking a Training Coordinator to design, coordinate, and deliver dynamic training programs that empower our staff and uphold the highest standards of compliance. This role is key to ensuring every team member has the knowledge, skills, and resources to provide exceptional care to the communities we serve.

What You’ll Do :

• Design, coordinate, and deliver engaging training programs across Santé
• Serve as administrator for all learning management systems (LMS), ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
• Conduct training needs assessments and create development plans.
• Ensure compliance with CARF, BHA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Stay ahead of national training trends and best practices.
• Build CEU-approved training opportunities and career ladder programs.
• Use innovative tools (AI, webinars, video editing) to enhance learning.
• Track training effectiveness, maintain records, and continuously improve.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
