Treasury Management Implementation Liaison is a role at Frost that bridges the needs of treasury management, operations, relationship managers, and technical areas to provide seamless treasury services.

Who You Are

You are an intermediary who acts as a bridge between Treasury Management, Operations, Relationship Managers and other technical teams. You are the expert on the latest treasury products, policies, and information, and you use your analytical skills, collaborative personality, and desire to build relationships to identify areas for improvement and service expansion.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with business and operations areas to smoothly and efficiently onboard new relationships
• Obtain required service request documents and agreements; review and reconcile any discrepancies and submit requests to technical areas for system setup
• Assist customers with inquiries and advise them on how to obtain the appropriate service
• Resolve issues with Treasury services, identify enhancements and cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain current knowledge of products, policies, operations, and other key Treasury Management information
• Support Treasury Management Customer Service and Training projects and activities
• Perform all other duties as assigned
