The Carolina Panthers are looking for a Brand Marketing Graphic Designer to join our creative squad!

You’ll be part of an in-house creative team pushing the boundaries of sports marketing and designing everything from high-impact stadium visuals to sleek corporate materials and brand campaigns. This isn’t just about loving football (though that’s a bonus); it’s about loving the craft and showing up with curiosity, hunger, and heart.

Primary Responsibilities

• Produce and design content for revenue driving campaigns, presentations and other projects for sponsorship, marketing, ticketing, and other departments within the organization
• Work within the brand standards of Tepper Sports & Entertainment subsidiaries to create layouts that reinforce brand style and voice across various visual touchpoints
• Generate clear ideas, concepts, and design of creative assets from beginning to end
• Partner internally to optimize creative campaign effectiveness, experimentation results, and collaborate to iterate and improve creative based on data and analytics
• Constants develop skills and explore new creative techniques
• Communicate creative ideas within a collaborative environment
