We are looking for a dynamic Recreation Manager to oversee and deliver exceptional year-round activities at The Lodge & Club at Spruce Peak. From guiding kids’ programs to curating unique outdoor and wellness experiences for adults, you’ll play a key role in shaping the recreational heartbeat of our luxury mountain resort.

What You’ll Do :

• Design, implement, and lead engaging recreation programs for kids, families, and adults.
• Supervise and inspire recreation staff, ensuring safe, fun, and memorable experiences.
• Develop creative new programming while enhancing existing seasonal offerings.
• Partner with Spa, Wellness, and other resort teams to deliver seamless guest service.
• Provide hands-on leadership for indoor and outdoor activities in all seasons.
• Ensure the highest standards of safety, service, and luxury hospitality.

Pay Range : $68,000 - $72,000 per year.
