15 - 18 patient encounters per shift with 2 - 3 average daily patients

Call rotation Q4 to Q5 with 30-minute response time

100% consultative service no direct admissions

5 - 6 phone consults per week

Inpatient rounding on assigned patients required

We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
