Project Architect Position Summary

We are currently looking for a Project Architect with the following experience :

Qualifications

  • Experience : 7-12 years of experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on Revit usage.
  • Education & Certification : A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, with professional licensure.
  • Skills : In-depth knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and project management. Experience with governmental agencies, zoning ordinances, and building codes is critical.
  • Preferred Experience :
  • Design driven public projects
  • Proficiency in Revit Sketchup AutoCAD Photoshop Microsoft Office & Bluebeam.
  • Organized, motivated, dedicated, efficient with ability to communicate professionally.
  • Competent knowledge of building materials, and construction techniques.
  • Sufficient knowledge of engineering disciplines to coordinate work.
  • Must possess current, thorough knowledge of applicable building codes and regulations.
  • Knowledge of professional ethics applying to the practice of Architecture.

    • Project Manager Position Summary

    We are currently looking for a Project Manager with the following experience :

    Qualifications

  • Experience : 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years of project management experience.
  • Education & Certification : A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, with professional licensure.
  • Skills : Ability to manage and lead projects and project teams. Experience with project management tools and software. Critical thinking with PM strategies and techniques.
  • Preferred Experience :
  • Design driven public projects
  • Organized, motivated, dedicated, efficient with ability to communicate professionally.
  • Extensive experience in personnel supervision
  • Expansive knowledge of building materials, and construction techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge of engineering disciplines to coordinate work.
  • Knowledge of professional ethics applying to the practice of Architecture.
  • Thorough understanding of the construction process sufficient to coordinate with contractor.
  • Experience in all levels of project management including construction document preparation and field observation.
  • Able to maintain versatility of Project Roles, depending on firm needs and project size.
  • Experience in dealing with governmental agencies, building codes and zoning ordinances.
  • Experience in coordination with governmental agencies and zoning ordinances.
  • Must possess current, thorough knowledge of applicable building codes and regulations.
  • Proven track record of all of the above qualifications in action across multiple projects
  • History of happy clients on projects of varying scale and complexity
