Job Responsibilities :
- Delight customers by providing an excellent customer experience consistent with our world-class product.
- Answer telephone calls and assist with showroom traffic.
- Partner with assigned sales representatives and serve as the internal point of contact for customers.
- Ensure that all customer questions and concerns are addressed and satisfied. Clarify, diagnosis and resolve any customer issues.
- Work with sales reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders and on-hold jobs.
- Schedule appointments with homeowner for technical measure, installation, and service. Create job file packets for technical measure appointments and installation.
- Observe the internal processes and procedures from the customers viewpoint to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide customer correspondence as needed.
Experience and Education :
Associates Degree preferred; High School diploma requiredStrong phone, email and in-person communication skillsGood listening skills. Ability to empathize with customers and build a good rapport with customers over the phone.Drive the highest standards of ethical behavior by providing accurate information throughout the customer experience.Must have problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and stay organized in an ever-changing environment.Analytical abilities and strong attention to detailAbility to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently to regularly meet deadlinesKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeBenefits :

Expected to work 1- 2 weekends per month, either in the showroom or staffing large events such as open houses, home shows and state fair. Saturday showroom hours are 10am-2pm. Flex time offered during the week in exchange for Saturday hours.
