Responsibilities

• Test Development : Develop wafer probe, final test production, and product characterization test solutions for digital power management products
• Documentation : Define test requirements, create test plans, and develop test methods
• Design Collaboration : Work with design and development engineers to incorporate design-for-test (DFT) features into products to optimize quality and cost of testing
• Hardware Design : Design and develop test hardware using Cadence Allegro tools with pre-existing PCB templates and component libraries
• Program Development : Create, debug, validate, and release test programs integrated with test equipment and hardware following corporate standards
• Optimization : Improve the quality and reduce the cost of test solutions through test method improvements and platform transfers
